LASER ENGRAVING:

This is the newest technology in precision engraving. It allows us to eliminate pattern making, artwork, speed up delivery time, and drive down the cost. Laser engraving can achieve incredible resolution and accuracy. At SPE we can engrave on most metals, plastics, and graphite. Whether the surface is convex, concave, deep cavities, or next to a sidewall, laser engraving can cut it with ease.

Laser engraving eliminates cutting hardened tool steel, cutter wear, pantograph patterns, and graphite breakage.

The depth of SPE’s laser engraving is from just scratching the surface to 0.100 inches (2.54 mm) or more.

We can transfer or import your electronic file or camera-ready artwork into our CAD system. We have the capabilities of using many different file formats such as: dxf, dwg, iges, cdr, eps, ai, pdf, bmp, jpeg, etc. Call for more details.
