An OEM who produces office supplies came to us for the custom engraving project of a mold that would create an intricate pattern on the part. For this precision engraving project, we started with single cavity prototype to a 30 cavity production tool. The customer supplied us at St. Paul Engraving with a graphics file of the pattern.  We took this file and programmed a tooling path to add the logo and pattern per file supplied. This pattern was engraved .020 deep. This project was completed in 2-4 days and fulfilled the specifications required by the customer.
