CHEMICAL ENGRAVING:

This process is done by masking the entire mold, mold inserts to ejector pins, etc., leaving only the area where the logo or copy is to be placed. After this process is complete the Verbiage is then placed on the area instructed and submerged in an acid bath (see Our Process). This process allows the customer to have their logos, instruction verbiage, etc. anywhere on their mold cavity or core where more economical ways are prohibited. Whether you would like the engraving etched to a specified depth or you want to create your company's logo or verbiage with a texture surrounding the graphics, we can do it. This is created by generating an acid resist film from your supplied electronic file or camera-ready artwork. Call for more detailed information.
